Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS

Debonair Men policy is returns and exchanges will only be granted within 15 days of purchase. Any item to be returned or exchanged must be in new, unused and resalable condition, with original tags attached. Exchanges are subject to size and style availability. 

Any return or exchange should be sent back in the original, undamaged box and packaging, plus any accessories or extras that may have been included with the shipment. Please note, all sale item purchases are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Final sale and custom items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit.

We promise to do everything within our power to make you a satisfied customer, but you shall also adhere to our policies and procedures.

 

ITEMS NOT QUALIFIED FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

  • Intimate wear (underwear, undergarments, lingerie, etc)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Any and all clearance items

  • Custom items

  • Items with unsealed packaging

  • Wrong orders/sizes received due to customer entering the wrong data

  • Orders not received due to customer entering wrong address

Our R&E team reserves the right to consider the condition of any product that you wish to return and check if the item(s) meet our return requirements.

 

RETURN PROCESSING FEE

A flat rate cost of return shipping, USD $5.50, will be deducted from your refund.

If your refund is less than USD $5.50, the return shipping fee will be charged to your original form of payment once your return is processed.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs for any and all exchange item(s)

  • In the case of free shipping, your shipping cost will be subjected to deduction from your refund
